If you plan to arrive before check-in time and would like to access your room right away, we recommend you book the room for the previous night. Likewise, if your departure is after check-out, book an additional night to ensure access to the room until you depart. If you choose not to book the room, we would be happy to keep your luggage and you can continue to use the Hotel's services.
Cancellation Policy + -
Cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm local time three days before the arrival date. The total amount of the accommodation will be charged if cancellation is not received by the required date.
Policies may differ by arrival date, room type, and rate plan.

Biennale and Mostra del Cinema: a 50% not refundable deposit will be charged at time of booking, full payment is required 15 days prior arrival. All bookings that can not to be verified and guaranteed with a valid credit card will be automatically cancelled.
